We take utmost care in packing orders carefully to ensure the products do not get damaged during transit. Having said that, a product can get damaged in rare cases during transit which is beyond our control.
We advise customers to contact us with the order reference no within 3 working days if a product arrives damaged. It would be extremely helpful if you can describe the nature of the damage in the email and attach some photos of the damaged product. This would help us to resolve your query as quickly as possible.
